This website describes a potential Character Content Factory service offered by Peak Deals LLC. It is general information, not a binding offer, guarantee, or statement that every prospective project will be accepted.

Pilot scope

Any Week 0 pilot requires a separate written scope covering the character, approved inputs, rights, deliverables, review process, metrics access, publication authority, and end-of-week decision.

No performance guarantee

Creative outputs, campaign results, clicks, conversions, and installs are not guaranteed. Week 0 is designed to measure hypotheses and produce a learning record, not promise a commercial outcome.

Rights and approvals

Prospective clients must control the rights needed for submitted characters, likenesses, voices, references, claims, and other materials. Nothing is approved for publication until the person designated in the written scope gives approval.
